As do Jasmine and the Chinese dragon, Shelly and Coco the beachcombers, dancing skeletons, and plenty of surfers, synchronized swimmers and dancing fish. Meanwhile, in the bottom of the ocean a mermaid waits for her turn to surface. She is sure today is the day! Traveling in a yellow submarine with her assistant, Hands, the octopus, she arrives to a packed beach with television cameras, Ray Mortein and Sandra Silly reporting and discovers fame to be not all it is cracked up to be! A message in a bottle answers everyone's' question of just who is the Blue Mermaid.
