Scripting Tips

These plays have been specifically written for the age group 8-12yrs.

Make sure that you, the producer, has read through the script first and made notes where necessary.

Every performer whether they have a speaking role or not, needs to have their own script.

First read through should be all together with children writing tips or comments in the margin.

Change names of places, venues or people where applicable. e.g. In You can bank on the Nile, I have written about local towns. Swap them to towns in your vicinity.
